Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers. This flexible, contract-based role offers the freedom to set your own schedule while working with major retailers. Most projects require 12–20 hours per month, with some service windows in the first two weeks of each month.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Independent worker able to manage multiple assignments.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for reporting.
• Available during weekday daytime hours.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotions.
• Remove discontinued products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scans.
• Stock and organize merchandise per planograms.
• Ensure displays are clean and well-presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Submit completion reports with photos via mobile.
• Submit reports on the same day of service.
