Job summary

SFS is expanding its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeks experienced Retail Merchandisers to support major retailers and brands. This role offers flexible, project-based pay and the ability to set your own schedule with client windows.

Projects include merchandising, resets, audits, product stocking, and on-shelf displays across multiple locations. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable using mobile reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, retail, reset, auditing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Travel between retail locations as needed and approved.
• Submit project completion reports and photos on the same day work is performed.
