SFS is expanding its nationwide network of independent contractors and seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to support top retailers and brands. This role offers flexible, contractor-style hours with project-based pay and the ability to choose assignments that fit your schedule.

Projects typically involve merchandising, resets, audits, stock, and display maintenance. You will report findings via mobile devices, travel between locations, and complete reports the same day you work.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, resets, audits, or customer service.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during weekday daytime hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation between locations.
• Smartphone or tablet with internet access.
• Active email address for project communication and reporting.
• Ability to submit project completion reports and photos on the same day work is performed.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects per client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms.
• Ensure displays are clean and organized.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Complete required reporting, including photos and project documentation, using a mobile device.
• Submit project completion reports on the same day services are performed.
