Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join a nationwide network of independent contractors. This role offers flexible, project-based work servicing major retailers and brands across the country.

Projects range from 12-20 hours per month, with some locations requiring work in the first two weeks of each month. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Active email address for project communication and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as needed.
• Submit project completion reports and photos on the same day.
