Job summary

SFS is seeking experienced Retail Merchandisers to join our nationwide contractor network. This flexible, part-time role offers project-based pay and opportunities to service major retailers and brands across the country.

Assignments typically range from 12–20 hours per month, with some locations requiring service during the first two weeks of each month. Ideal for self-motivated individuals seeking supplemental income.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, resets, audits, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and merchandising instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for reporting and project documentation.
• Available to complete assignments during retailer service windows, primarily weekday daytime hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Ready to travel between assigned retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Review project instructions and client expectations before each assignment.
• Execute merchandising projects according to client requirements.
• Perform product resets, cut-ins, display maintenance, and promotional installations.
• Remove discontinued or outdated products and materials.
• Conduct inventory counts and product scanning activities.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and accurately presented.
• Travel between retail locations as required.
• Submit project completion reports with photos and documentation.
