Job summary

The Marshalls store in Land O' Lakes, FL is seeking frontline associates to deliver excellent customer experiences and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You may be cross-trained to support multiple areas, contribute to store culture, and drive credit and loyalty participation.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows merchandising procedures.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
