Job summary

Mercy is seeking Respiratory Therapists (RRT/CRT) to provide direct patient care in respiratory therapies across shifts. The role involves collaborating with physicians on therapy effectiveness and serving as a key resource for the medical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoArc approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current state licensure as Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).
• NBRC credential: RRT or CRT; PALS for ER; ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory therapy per physician orders.
• Consult physicians on effectiveness of therapy.
• Act as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing on respiratory care.
• Perform duties as assigned.
