Job summary

Lever, Inc. invites native Russian speakers to join Project Melora, recording short, unscripted calls in Russian. You will complete 4–10 calls totaling between $2.00 and $5.00, with up to 10 sessions for the maximum payout.

Work remotely, on your own schedule, and use a secure platform to submit metadata after each call. You must use fake names and account numbers, consent to recording, sign an NDA, and follow project guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native Russian speaker, 18+.
• Can read and follow short instructions in Russian.
• Own an iPhone 17 family (17, 17 Air, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max).
• Have a quiet indoor space to record (no TV, traffic, fans, or other voices).
• Can complete 4–10 calls, each 1–2 minutes (5 minutes max).
• Can spread calls out: no more than 3 per day, at least 3 hours apart, across several days.

Responsibilities

• Record solo calls on CrowdGen secure platform.
• Submit basic metadata after each call.
• Follow a 6-step call flow: greeting, ID verification, describe issue, pause for agent, resolution, closing.

Join Project Melora – Russian Voice Recording ($2.00–$5.00)

Help build more natural voice AI by recording short, one-sided phone calls in Russian. Imagine you're calling a bank, telco, or retailer for help, and speak naturally using made-up details. Each session takes only a few minutes.

Requirements

• Native Russian speaker, 18+
• Can read and follow short instructions in Russian
• Own an iPhone 17, 17 Air, 17 Pro, or 17 Pro Max
• Have a quiet indoor space to record (no TV, traffic, fans, or other voices)
• Can complete 4–10 calls, each 1–2 minutes (5 minutes max)
• Can spread calls out: no more than 3 per day, at least 3 hours apart, at different times of day across several days
• Comfortable improvising a natural, unscripted call that follows a 6-step flow: greeting, ID verification, describing the issue, pausing for the agent's reply, resolution, and closing
• Will use only fake names and account or order numbers (no real personal information)
• Willing to be recorded, give recorded consent, sign an NDA, and follow project guidelines

How it works

• Record solo calls on our secure platform. No second person is needed; pause where the agent would respond.
• Submit basic metadata after each call.

Pay: $0.50 per QA-approved session

• You need at least 4 approved sessions to be paid ($2.00), and you can do up to 10 ($5.00).
• Sessions that fail QA don't count toward payment.
• We recommend doing all 10 to get the full payout.
