Bridge Atlantic seeks a Consulting Operations Associate to oversee and optimize internal operations across finance, HR, marketing, and admin, ensuring efficient support for the firm’s strategic objectives and service delivery. This cross-functional role partners with internal and external stakeholders to manage business operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, HR, or related field.
• At least 2 years of progressive experience in operations management or professional services.
• Experience supporting multiple functions including finance, HR, project management, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor business performance against strategic and financial objectives.
• Develop, implement, and review company policies and procedures.
• Manage employee onboarding, performance cycles, and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate payroll administration and expense reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and procurement activities.
• Support pipeline reviews, proposals, pricing, and client pursuit activities.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and brand consistency across channels.
• Maintain project governance, portfolio visibility, and reporting dashboards.
