Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking Relief Counselors to support individuals with mental health challenges in living independently in Central Massachusetts and beyond.

As a Relief Counselor, you will help develop person-centered plans, connect clients with resources, and promote growth through engaging activities while ensuring safety and well-being. A valid driver’s license and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered support plans.
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and transportation as needed.
• Implement activities promoting skill development, community engagement, and personal growth.
• Review and complete all required documentation.
