Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility in Bethesda.

You will assess needs, develop care plans, and provide education to residents, families, and staff while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve overall health. The role requires RD registration, an active state license, and knowledge of CMS/state regulations.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State license in good standing.
• Knowledge of CMS/state survey process preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.

Responsabilités

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and develop and document the plan in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings, labs, weight trends, intake and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine a plan of care that improves health and well-being.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
