Job summary
Healthcare Services Group is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, and provide education to residents, families, and staff. The role supports CMS/state compliance and spans coverage across multiple buildings as needed.

Qualifications
- Active, in-good-standing registration with the CDR.
- Valid state license to practice as a dietitian.
- Knowledge of CMS/State/Federal nutrition regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' nutrition needs and document care plans in EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nutrition plans.
- Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize health outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with CMS/state regulations and company standards.
- Cover multiple buildings based on facility needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
