Kriss Law seeks experienced Real Estate Attorneys to handle residential real estate closings across Massachusetts. This is an independent contractor opportunity with flexible engagement tailored for additional matters.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of MA residential closing experience, MA Bar and Notary Public commissions, and willingness to travel throughout the state. Closer collaboration with a well-regarded MA real estate practice is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Massachusetts residential real estate closing experience.
• Massachusetts Bar membership is required.
• Massachusetts Notary Public commission is required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential real estate purchase and refinance closings.
• Review closing documents and ensure proper execution.
• Provide professional and responsive service to clients throughout the closing process.
• Close at locations throughout Massachusetts as needed.
• Manage closings during business hours, evenings, and occasional weekends.
• Be available to accept closing assignments with short notice.
• Print and manage closing packages remotely as required.
