Job summary

Allcock & Marcus, LLC is seeking an experienced Conveyance Attorney with 3+ years of residential and/or commercial real estate experience to join our firm in Massachusetts. Responsibilities include managing closings, reviewing title issues, drafting purchase and sale agreements, and representing lenders and buyers/sellers while coordinating with lenders, realtors, and clients to ensure full compliance with state laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of conveyancing experience.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar.
• Strong knowledge of title review and clearance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with lender representation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial real estate closings from contract to post-closing.
• Review and clear title issues.
• Draft and review purchase and sale agreements.
• Conduct closings and represent lenders and buyers/sellers.
• Coordinate with lenders, realtors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts real estate laws and regulations.
