Job summary

Kriss Law Atlantic Closing & Escrow is seeking an experienced Connecticut Real Estate Attorney to manage residential and commercial real estate transactions across Connecticut. The attorney will provide expert guidance to clients, lenders, and internal teams and serve as Connecticut counsel when needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with title review, closings, and CT real estate law, with the ability to work independently while supported by a seasoned legal and operations

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate law or conveyancing.

Responsibilities

• Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions in CT.
• Conduct and review title examinations and title commitments.
• Prepare and review title opinions and related closing documents.
• Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
• Advise clients on title issues and Connecticut real estate requirements.
• Review deeds, settlements, and closing documents.
• Coordinate closings with clients, lenders, and agents.
• Maintain timely transaction documentation.
