Redfin is recruiting Associate Agents to help customers on your schedule and earn money in real estate without closing a transaction. You can show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections while setting your own hours and workload.

You’ll work remotely in the field with minimal office visits, and there are free, optional educational services to grow your skills. Applicants need a state license and MLS involvement.

Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state where you’ll work.
• Willing to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.

Responsibilities

• Show homes, host open houses, attend inspections.
• Set your own hours and control your workload.
• Get plenty of customers, especially on weekends.
• No sales pressure, contracts, or closings.
• Work remotely out in the field – no office visits required.
• Free, optional educational services to grow your skills.
• Pay: as an independent contractor, you’ll earn a flat-rate payment per field event.
