Job summary
Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee clinical nutrition services in a long-term care facility. You will assess residents’ nutritional needs, develop care plans, and educate residents, families, and staff to improve health outcomes.
The role features Monday–Friday schedules with flexibility and requires strong organizational and communication skills. You will ensure compliance with CMS/state regulations and participate in ongoing training and career
Qualifications
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Certification/licensure in good standing within the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey processes and compliance with regulations (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state/local/customers.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents/patients nutrition needs and document plan in EMR.
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical data.
- Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
