Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. The role features Monday–Friday schedules with flexibility and a strong impact on resident care.

Responsibilities include assessing nutrition needs, creating care plans, and providing education to residents, families, and staff while complying with CMS and state regulations. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (RD) and licensed in good standing in the practiced state.
• Knowledge of CMS, state and federal nutrition regulations.
• Experience in clinical nutrition in long-term care is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical data.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple facilities as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
