Job summary

BK Behavior is hiring RBTs to deliver one‑on‑one ABA services, with flexible scheduling and the option to work remotely across the USA. The role includes ongoing CEUs, support from clinical leadership, and a pathway for growth within a nationwide network of colleagues.

You’ll start with part‑time hours and can progress to more caseloads as you gain experience. Training is provided, focusing on evidence‑based practices to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
