Job summary

BK Behavior seeks BCBA/ABA professionals to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings across the USA. You’ll tailor schedules to fit your life with flexible hours and caseload options.

We provide two-month paid training, ongoing CEUs, and a strong clinical support network. All positions start part-time, with opportunities for growth in the thriving ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
