BK Behavior offers flexible, remote ABA roles with the option to work from home across the USA. Start with a two-month training phase, then scale to 3–10 cases per schedule. Compensation starts with competitive pay and includes Same Day Pay and ongoing CEUs for professional growth.

The team emphasizes support from clinical leadership, mentoring, and opportunities to advance within the BK network, including collaboration with CBS and BCBA leaders.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience with ABA therapy is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients
• Record session data using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families
