Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with growth potential as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans and recording progress.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, have ABA-related experience, and can travel locally. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s in psychology or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record client progress data.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
