Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to monitor progress.

The role offers part-time hours with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand; travel for in-home sessions is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
