Job summary

BK Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians to join our clinical team, delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, record data, and support families, contributing to meaningful progress for children with Autism.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT credential or are eligible, enjoy teaching, and demonstrate calm, compassionate patient care. Part-time roles with paid training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
