BK Behavior is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, collaborate with a clinical team, and record data to support clients’ goals. This is a part-time role with opportunities for advancement and in-home or community-based service locations.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and dedication to helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
