BK Behavior is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services for children with Autism in home and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans and closely collaborate with our clinical team to support client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm presence — even in challenging moments.
• RBT certification required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be a key part of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.
