Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Baldwin City, Kansas. This role delivers 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings, following treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

You will collect and document client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe, positive therapy environment. Flexible schedules and opportunities for training, certification, and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
