Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC in Andover, Kansas, is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in children's lives through evidence-based ABA therapy. This role offers flexible schedules, part-time and full-time options, and opportunities for training and certification support, paid by the company.

You will provide 1:1 services in home, school, or clinic settings, under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy experience with children is a plus.
• Must pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
