Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, or community settings. Part-time positions offer mentorship, growth opportunities, and hands-on training to help you develop into a future leader in ABA.

You will implement plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure effective interventions while pursuing a pathway to full-time opportunities as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology/education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
