Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school and community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans created by a BCBA, apply positive reinforcement, and track progress through data collection.

This part-time role offers mentorship, career growth, and opportunities to transition to full-time as caseloads expand, with travel to local sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
