Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our BCBA-owned practice. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, under supervision, implementing treatment plans and recording progress.

This per diem role offers flexibility, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team dedicated to meaningful outcomes for families.

Qualifications

• Provide ABA therapy services to clients under supervision.
• Record and analyze data on client progress.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions.
• Communicate effectively with families and treatment professionals.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain ABA practice expertise.
• Collaborate with speech and occupational therapists for integrated care.

Responsibilities
