Job summary

D & M Behavioral Solutions of Miramar, FL is hiring a part-time or full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism across home, school, and community settings.

You will implement ABA plans under a BCBA, collect data in real time, and maintain detailed session notes. Flexible shifts include mornings, afternoons (2pm-7pm), and Saturdays, with supervision and growth opportunities throughout your tenure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current RBT certification (or completed 40-hour training and able to certify within 180 days).
• Valid Florida driver license, reliable car, and auto insurance.
• Tablet or laptop available for session notes and data entry.
• Must pass Florida Level 2 background screening.
• Passion for working with kids and families; patient and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills through play-based ABA.
• Collect real-time data and complete ABA Matrix session notes within 24 hours.
• Respond to challenging behavior per the behavior plan.
• Check in/out of each session and communicate with caregivers and team.
• Participate in monthly supervision and ongoing training.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and ethics code.
