Job summary

BK Behavior seeks dedicated RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA services across the USA. You’ll implement evidence-based interventions, maintain data records, and collaborate with a clinical team to support client progress. This role starts part-time, offering flexible scheduling and remote service delivery.

You’ll train with a cohort and receive ongoing CEUs and clinical support as part of a growth-focused environment in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
