Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an in-home ABA Therapist (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children and young adults with autism across home and community settings. You will implement individualized plans and participate in BCBA supervision, data entry, and team meetings to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 6 months of ABA experience preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable car are required for commuting to client homes.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Willing to have a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in-home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings and team meetings; data entry for programs.
