Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an RBT to provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children and young adults in home or community settings in Virginia.

You will implement behavior plans, supervise progress, participate in BCBA trainings, and collaborate with families, teachers, and the clinical team to support meaningful progress. A strong communicator with reliability and growth mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

6 months of ABA therapy experience or 1 year working with children preferred.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Willing to undergo a background check.
Reliable car and driver’s license for client homes.

Responsibilities

Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children and young adults in home or community settings.
Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations, and parent training.
Maintain open communication with the BCBA and other RBT team members.
Receive supervision from the BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services.
Enter data daily for all programs targeted.
Remain available for supervision sessions, phone conferences, and team meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
