Aluma Care KS is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This role delivers 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under BCBA guidance, documents progress data, and collaborates with families to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
