Aluma Care is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Jamestown, KS. The role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, following BCBA-designed plans, and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level descriptions not required; but candidates should have RBT certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
