Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and deliver high-quality ABA services in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect progress data, and work with families and colleagues to support each client's success while maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment.

Flexible part-time or full-time shifts, earn $18–$25 per hour, with paid training and certification help, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
