Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or clinics. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to drive client progress in a supportive team setting.

Both part-time and full-time positions are available with flexible shifts. A background check is required, and reliable transportation is expected to travel locally within the Altamont area.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
