Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA and collecting data to track progress.

We offer flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly bonus of $500 for 25 hours/week, holiday pay, and opportunities to advance from RBT to BCBA with support, plus

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
