Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a part-time role in SNF/long-term care settings. You will provide PT treatments under supervision, assist in selecting patients for therapy, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as PTA in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
