Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. This part-time role offers flexible schedules and competitive pay under a licensed PT supervision.

You’ll deliver PT treatments, assist with patient referrals, and collaborate with the care team to achieve quality outcomes while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
