Job summary

Manchester Rehab & Healthcare in Ballwin, MO is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide patient care and conduct assessments according to established standards and physician orders.

You will work part-time/PRN, collaborating with the care team to implement treatment plans, educate patients and families, monitor progress, and assist with discharge planning using appropriate modalities and techniques.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist with active certification.
• Experience delivering patient-centered care across settings.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and therapists.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient/client care and assessments per standards and facility policies.
• Delivers care per physician orders and treatment plans.
• Assesses patient status and monitors progress within licensure limits.
• Collaborates with evaluating therapist to optimize therapy outcomes.
• Educates patients and families according to plan of care.
• Supports discharge planning and goal reassessment with the team.
• Communicates with patient and care team to maximize care benefits.
• Applies clinical techniques and modalities appropriate to patient populations.
