Job summary

Hurricane Health and Rehabilitation in Hurricane, UT is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a flexible schedule with work-life balance as part of a stable therapy team dedicated to geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehab plan (manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, wound care).
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
