Job summary

King's Hawaiian is seeking a Production Reliever to support all phases of the production process, including operation of automated equipment, diagnosing failures, preventive maintenance, and sanitation. The role requires flexibility to rotate assignments and to contribute to a safe, compliant manufacturing environment.

You will work under the foreman and receive training on Production Helper, Mixer Operator, Mixer Helper, Bag Dump Operator and Oven Operator, with duties expanding as needed.

Qualifications

• Must complete training on: Production Helper, Mixer Operator, Mixer Helper, Bag Dump Operator and Oven Operator.
• Must be flexible to rotate job assignments across production.
• Demonstrate competency for on-the-job activities affecting product safety, food safety and quality.
• Report equipment malfunctions to foreman, supervisor and maintenance personnel.
• Maintain sanitation and GMP compliance in work areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated production equipment and participate in preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose machinery failures and stage materials using RFGen/SAP.
• Maintain sanitation and GMP compliance in work areas; ensure cleanliness of equipment.
• Assist in training new employees or those changing job classifications.
• Promote safety and contribute to a safe work environment for coworkers.
• Perform other duties as needed and adapt to business requirements.
