Job summary

King’s Hawaiian is seeking a Production Reliever to support all phases of the production process in Torrance, CA. Responsibilities include operating automated equipment, diagnosing machinery, assisting with maintenance, and ensuring sanitation and GMP compliance to safeguard product safety and quality.

The role requires flexibility to rotate assignments, with a focus on promoting safety and upholding the company values of dignity and excellence.

Qualifications

• Completed training on Production Helper, Mixer Operator, Mixer Helper, Bag Dump Operator and Oven Operator.
• Maintain sanitation and GMP compliance.
• Report equipment malfunctions to foreman and maintenance personnel.
• Stage materials using RFGen/SAP.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated production equipment and diagnose machinery.
• Rotate job assignments across production as needed.
• Maintain high sanitation and GMP compliance.
• Support Quality and Food Safety functions within the department.
• Promote safety and company values in the workplace.
• Report to work ready in a substance-free environment.
• Assist in training new employees.
