AmeriLux is seeking team members to operate and maintain thermoforming and other essential machinery, while ensuring material quality and adherence to high standards. You will work with teammates to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets, with options for 10- or 12-hour shifts and a premium for 12-hour shifts.

• Operate thermoforming and compression machinery per production needs.
• Perform material quality checks to ensure width and length specifications.
• Assist in assembly and manufacturing adhering to standards and timelines.
• Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain thermoforming and compression machinery, drill presses, miter saws, table saws and other equipment.
• Ensure material width and length specifications through quality checks and modifications as needed.
• Assist in assembling and manufacturing high-quality products per company standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
