Job summary

AmeriLux in Wisconsin is hiring a production team member to operate and maintain thermoforming and related machinery, with 10- or 12-hour shifts and a $2.00 per hour premium for 12-hour shifts. You will perform material quality checks, assist in assembly to meet quality standards and timelines, and collaborate with the team on safety, delivery, and cost metrics.

• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain thermoforming and compression machinery, drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs.
• Material Precision: Perform material quality checks to ensure proper width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed.
• Enforce High Quality Standards: Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
