Job summary

Proof Technology is seeking independent Process Servers to join its nationwide network. Work location is Hillsdale, Michigan and surrounding areas. Set your own schedule and workload, and deliver legal documents through the Proof app with support from an operational specialist.

As a contractor, you must be licensed where required, have a valid driver’s license, and be proficient with mobile devices. Prior process serving experience is preferred, and NAPPS membership is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed, registered, or certified process server where required by state laws.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proficient with smartphones and mobile apps for scheduling and tracking work.
• Experience in process serving or related fields is required; training is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents within your service area as assigned.
• Set your own schedule and workload through the Proof platform.
• Track earned income via the Proof mobile app and communication channels.
• Coordinate with clients and Proof representatives as needed.
