Job summary

Proof Technology is seeking independent Process Servers in Ludington, Michigan and surrounding areas to deliver legal documents on a flexible, contractor basis. Set your own schedule and workload, and claim jobs via the Proof app while tracking earnings live.

Applicants should be licensed or certified where required, possess a valid driver's license, and be proficient with mobile devices. Prior process-serving experience is required; NAPPS membership is preferred and eligible for referral

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed, registered, or certified process server where required by law.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and the Proof app.
• Experience in process serving or related fields required; Proof is not an employer and provides no training.
• NAPPS membership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents in assigned areas.
• Set your own schedule and workload.
